Dr. Rayeheh Bahar

Rayeheh Bahar received her medical degree from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, (Fars Province, Iran) in 2011 and after practicing as a family doctor for a year, immigrated with her husband to Vancouver. She then continued her studies in the Experimental Medicine Program at UBC, and got her MSc degree in 2016. She was privileged to receive the CIHR-SRTC Scholarship and other awards throughout her studies at UBC. Following her interest in primary health care research, she joined the MAAP-BC project. Her goal is to serve as a researcher, scientist and a family doctor, here in Canada.
